Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers lovely and comfortable rooms, spacious with a view of the castle and river, but the view from the road to the room was not ideal. The service was very friendly, even gifting local sweets for my birthday. The location is perfect, next to the tastefully designed Urakuen teahouse with incredible views and gardens. The dining experience was fab with special Moroccan pancakes, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and missed opportunities. The rooms, although nice and cozy, lacked the view I had hoped for, not overlooking the garden pool. However, they were still lovely and provided a spacious feel with a glimpse of the castle and river. The service was warm and welcoming, with the thoughtful gesture of local sweets brightening my birthday. The location offered stunning views and a serene walk to the nearby Urakuen teahouse. Unfortunately, the dining experience wasn't as exceptional as expected. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers lovely and comfortable rooms, although our view was limited. The staff was very friendly and even surprised me with local sweets for my birthday. The location is perfect, especially with the adjacent Urakuen teahouse. The dining experience was truly special, highlighting the smoked guinea fowl. Overall, a great experience with minor room view restrictions.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room was comfortable and spacious, but unfortunately, it overlooked the restaurant ceiling, so we missed out on enjoying a view of the garden pool. The service was excellent, and they even thoughtfully gifted me some local sweets for my birthday. The location was impressive with incredible views and gardens, plus the adjacent Urakuen teahouse added a nice touch to the experience. The dining was fab, but I wish there were more options available. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel offers lovely and comfortable rooms, but the view was limited to the restaurant ceiling. The service was thoughtful, with personal touches like local sweets for my birthday. The location is ideal for exploring the adjacent Urakuen teahouse, and the dining experience was special. The facilities were good overall.
